Dr. April Arseneau, Board Certified Allergist
Dr. Arseneau grew up in Chugiak, Alaska but spent most of her summers in Palmer as an active 4H member. She then obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in Seattle prior to completing her medical degree at Albany Medical College in New York. She pursued her internal medicine residency at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio and went on to complete a fellowship in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. Board certified in both Internal Medicine and Adult and Pediatric Allergy, Asthma, Immunology Dr. Arseneau had the opportunity to serve as the chief of Allergy at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson and served as consultant for the United States Pacific Air Force just prior to founding Valley Allergy and Asthma Clinic, LLC.
Dr. Arseneau is proud to be the first full time board certified allergist dedicated to the Matanuska valley.
Randi was born in Germany and raised in Belgium for 18 years. After moving around from Washington state and New Mexico, she finally made Alaska her home in 2005. It was in Alaska she met her husband and has been raising her family since. Randi enjoys spending time fishing year round with her family and enjoying the outdoors. Even though she is not a skier, she enjoys keeping the soup and hot cocoa ready for the kids when they are done snowboarding and skiing on those long snowy days.
Chelsey was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and now resides in beautiful Chugiak, Alaska where her family is currently building their first home. She enjoys most our alluring state has to offer all while sharing her life and experiences as a devoted mother to two young boys, Jamison and Maximus. Her doting husband, Alex is the foundation to her joyous, memorable life. Chelsey successfully held an administrative and part time medical assistant position in the psychiatry field for 5 years prior to transitioning to allergy and asthma. The opportunity to learn and grow in both her former and current positions allow her to strive in her career.
Fawn was born in Salt Lake City , Utah. She moved to Alaska when she was 7, and was raised in the Matanuska Valley. Fawn has over 16 years combined experience working in the medical field. She started out in 2001 as a CNA, and has worked in different hospital settings, ranging from emergency room, medical/surgical, bariatric, transcription, ICU, and cardiac units. She has worked as a medical assistant for 2 years, and is eager to further her education in the medical field.
Lauren was born in Bellingham, Washington. She moved to Alaska with her mother in 1993. She proceeded with her education after graduating high school by attending Casper College in Casper, Wyoming. Lauren received an Associate’s Degree of Science in 2014. She enjoys adventuring around the state of Alaska by camping, fishing and hiking with friends and family. She is an avid horse enthusiast and animal lover.
